本ページは、Android アプリ「Spirit Level」(以下「本アプリ」)における個人情報・利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。 本アプリは、開発者(以下「開発者」)が個人で開発・提供しています。
1. 本アプリが取得する情報
本アプリは水平器としての機能を提供するために端末の加速度センサーの値を利用しますが、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末識別子などの個人情報を取得することはありません。
加速度センサーの値は端末内でのみ計算・表示に使用され、開発者や外部への送信は行われません。
2. 情報の保存場所・第三者提供の有無
キャリブレーション(基準位置の補正値)は、端末内のローカルストレージにのみ保存され、開発者が運営するサーバー等の外部システムへは送信・アップロードされません。
本アプリはインターネット通信を行いません。広告SDK・アクセス解析(アナリティクス)SDK・クラッシュレポートSDK等の第三者トラッキングモジュールも組み込んでいないため、本アプリを通じて取得した情報を第三者に提供することもありません。
3. 利用する権限
本アプリは、水平器機能に必要な加速度センサーの利用を除き、位置情報・カメラ・マイク・連絡先などの特別なAndroid権限を要求しません。
4. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたキャリブレーション設定を含むすべてのデータが端末から削除されます(バックアップ機能により端末のバックアップ内に複製が残る場合を除きます)。
5. 子供のプライバシーについて
本アプリは子供を主な対象としたアプリではなく、子供を対象に個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加等に伴い、予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。

This page explains how the Android app "Spirit Level" (the "App") handles personal information and user data. The App is developed and provided by an individual developer (the "Developer").
1. Information the App Collects
The App uses the device's accelerometer to provide spirit-level (bubble level) functionality, but does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location, or device identifiers.
Accelerometer values are used only on the device for calculation and display, and are never sent to the Developer or anywhere else.
2. Where Data Is Stored / Third-Party Sharing
Your calibration value (a reference-position offset) is stored only locally on your device and is never uploaded or transmitted to any server operated by the Developer.
The App does not perform any internet communication. It does not include any advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or crash-reporting SDK, so no information obtained through the App is ever shared with third parties.
3. Permissions Used
Aside from using the accelerometer required for the spirit-level function, the App does not request any special Android permissions such as location, camera, microphone, or contacts.
4. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on the device, including your calibration setting (except for any copies that may remain in a device backup).
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law or in the App's functionality, without prior notice. Changes take effect once posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised for significant changes.
