本ページは、Android アプリ「Rove」(以下「本アプリ」)における個人情報・利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリは、開発者(GitHubアカウント: joat0012、以下「開発者」)が個人で開発・提供しています。

1. 本アプリが取得する情報

本アプリはバイク走行中のGPS位置情報・傾き(リーン角)・速度等を記録し、走行後にログとして確認できるようにするアプリです。以下の情報を取得します。

位置情報(GPS):走行ルート・距離・速度の記録のため。バックグラウンドでの記録継続のため「バックグラウンド位置情報」の許可も利用します。
モーションセンサー情報(加速度センサー):走行中の傾き(リーン角)を算出するため。
走行記録データ:上記から生成される走行ログ(開始/終了日時、距離、平均・最高速度、最大リーン角、走行タイトルなど)。

本アプリはアカウント登録・ログイン機能を持たず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人を直接特定する情報は取得しません。

2. 情報の保存場所・第三者提供の有無

上記の位置情報・センサー情報・走行記録は、すべて利用者の端末内(ローカルのSQLiteデータベース)にのみ保存され、開発者が運営するサーバー等の外部システムへは送信・アップロードされません。

例外として、地図表示機能では地図タイル画像の取得のために OpenFreeMap(OpenStreetMapのデータを利用した地図タイル配信サービス)へインターネット経由でアクセスします。この通信に伴い、IPアドレス等の通信に必要な情報が接続先サーバーに通常のインターネット通信として送信される場合がありますが、走行記録・位置情報の内容そのものを開発者や外部サービスへ送信することはありません。

本アプリは広告SDK・アクセス解析SDK・クラッシュレポートSDK等の第三者トラッキングモジュールを組み込んでいません。

REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS	バッテリー最適化により記録が停止することを防ぐための除外設定確認・リクエスト
INTERNET	地図タイル(OpenFreeMap)の取得

4. データの削除

記録した走行ログは、アプリ内の操作により個別に削除できます。また、本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存された走行記録・設定を含むすべてのデータが端末から削除されます(バックアップ機能により端末のバックアップ内に複製が残る場合を除きます)。

5. 子供のプライバシーについて

本アプリは子供を主な対象としたアプリではなく、子供を対象に個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加等に伴い、予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。

This page explains how the Android app "Rove" (the "App") handles personal information and user data. The App is developed and provided by an individual developer (GitHub account: joat0012, the "Developer").

1. Information the App Collects

The App records GPS location, tilt (lean angle), and speed while riding a motorcycle, so you can review your ride afterward. It collects:

Location data (GPS): to record your route, distance, and speed. The App also requests "background location" permission so that recording can continue while the App is in the background.
Motion sensor data (accelerometer): to calculate lean angle while riding.
Ride log data: derived from the above (start/end time, distance, average/maximum speed, maximum lean angle, ride title, etc.).

The App does not have account registration or login, and does not collect directly identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

2. Where Data Is Stored / Third-Party Sharing

All location data, sensor data, and ride logs described above are stored only locally on your device, in a local SQLite database, and are never uploaded or transmitted to any server operated by the Developer.

Exception: the map view fetches map tile images over the internet from OpenFreeMap, a tile-serving service built on OpenStreetMap data. As with any internet connection, information necessary for the connection (such as your IP address) may be sent to that server as part of normal network communication. However, the content of your ride logs or location data is never sent to the Developer or to this or any other third-party service.

The App does not include any advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or crash-reporting SDK.

3. Android Permissions Used

INTERNET	Fetching map tiles from OpenFreeMap

4. Data Deletion

You can delete individual recorded rides from within the App. Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on the device, including ride logs and settings (except for any copies that may remain in a device backup).

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law or in the App's functionality, without prior notice. Changes take effect once posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised for significant changes.
