本ページは、アプリ「Qino」(以下「本アプリ」)における個人情報・利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。 本アプリは、開発者(以下「開発者」)が個人で開発・提供しています。
1. 本アプリが取得する情報
本アプリは、QRコード・バーコードの読み取り機能を提供するために端末のカメラを使用します。カメラの映像は、コードを検出するためにアプリ内でリアルタイムに解析されるのみで、映像や画像として保存されることはなく、開発者や外部への送信も行われません。
また、端末内の写真ライブラリからQRコードを読み取る機能では、利用者が選択した画像のみをアプリ内で解析します。選択されなかった写真にアクセスすることはなく、解析対象の画像が外部へ送信されることもありません。
本アプリは、読み取ったQRコード・バーコードの内容(URL、テキスト、Wi-Fi情報、連絡先、メールアドレス、電話番号、SMS等)や、本アプリで作成したQRコードの元データを、履歴として端末内のローカルデータベースにのみ保存します。これらのデータが開発者のサーバー等の外部システムへ送信されることはありません。
連絡先QRコードから連絡先を追加する機能、および連絡先情報からQRコードを作成する機能を利用する場合、本アプリは端末の連絡先へアクセスします。連絡先データはこの操作のために端末内でのみ使用され、開発者や外部へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報など、利用者を直接特定できる個人情報を開発者が取得することはありません。ただし、次項のとおり、広告配信に伴い端末の広告識別子等の情報がGoogleに収集される場合があります。
2. 広告の配信について(Google AdMob)
本アプリは、広告表示のためGoogle AdMob(Google LLC提供)を使用しています。AdMobは、広告の配信・効果測定のために、広告識別子(Advertising ID)、IPアドレス、おおよその位置情報、アプリの利用状況などの情報を、開発者を介さずGoogleおよびその広告ネットワークパートナーへ送信し、収集・利用することがあります。
配信される広告には、利用者の興味関心に基づくパーソナライズ広告が含まれる場合があります。Googleによる情報の取り扱いや、パーソナライズ広告の停止方法については、以下をご確認ください。
3. 情報の保存場所・第三者提供の有無
読み取り・作成した履歴データや各種設定は、端末内のローカルストレージにのみ保存され、開発者が運営するサーバー等の外部システムへは送信・アップロードされません。
本アプリは、前項のAdMobによる広告配信に伴う通信を除き、インターネット通信を行いません。開発者自身がアクセス解析(アナリティクス)SDKやクラッシュレポートSDK等を組み込むことはなく、開発者が本アプリの利用者情報を第三者に提供することもありません。
4. 利用する権限
本アプリは、以下の権限を各機能の利用時にのみ要求します。
- カメラ:QRコード・バーコードの読み取りのため
- 写真ライブラリ:保存済みの画像からQRコードを読み取るため
- 連絡先:連絡先QRコードから連絡先を追加する、または連絡先情報からQRコードを作成するため
これらの権限は、対応する機能を初めて利用する際にのみ要求され、それ以外の目的で使用されることはありません。
5. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールすると、履歴データを含む端末内に保存されたすべてのデータが端末から削除されます(バックアップ機能により端末のバックアップ内に複製が残る場合を除きます)。また、アプリ内の履歴画面から個別または一括で履歴を削除することも可能です。
6. 子供のプライバシーについて
本アプリは子供を主な対象としたアプリではなく、子供を対象に個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。また、Google AdMobにおいて児童向け設定(Child-Directed Treatment)は有効にしていません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加等に伴い、予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。

This page explains how the app "Qino" (the "App") handles personal information and user data. The App is developed and provided by an individual developer (the "Developer").
1. Information the App Collects
The App uses the device's camera to provide QR code and barcode scanning functionality. Camera footage is analyzed in real time within the App solely to detect codes; it is never saved as video or images and never sent to the Developer or anywhere else.
The photo-import feature analyzes only the image you explicitly select from your photo library. The App does not access any other photos, and the selected image is never sent anywhere outside the App.
The content of scanned QR codes/barcodes (URLs, text, Wi-Fi credentials, contact info, email addresses, phone numbers, SMS, etc.) and the source data of QR codes created in the App are saved as history only in a local database on your device. This data is never transmitted to any server operated by the Developer.
When you use the feature to add a contact from a scanned contact QR code, or to create a QR code from contact information, the App accesses your device's contacts. Contact data is used only on your device for this purpose and is never sent to the Developer or anywhere else.
The Developer does not collect personal information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or location. However, as described below, the App's advertising partner may collect your device's advertising identifier and related information.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob and its advertising network partners may collect and use information such as the advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location, and app usage data directly from your device, without passing through the Developer.

3. Where Data Is Stored / Third-Party Sharing
History data and settings are stored only locally on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted to any server operated by the Developer.
Aside from the communication with Google described above for ad delivery, the App does not perform any other internet communication. The Developer does not include any analytics SDK or crash-reporting SDK, and the Developer does not share your information with third parties.
4. Permissions Used
The App requests the following permissions only when the corresponding feature is used:
- Camera: to scan QR codes and barcodes
- Photo Library: to scan QR codes from saved images
- Contacts: to add a contact from a scanned contact QR code, or to create a QR code from contact information
These permissions are requested only the first time the corresponding feature is used, and are never used for any other purpose.
5. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on the device, including history data (except for any copies that may remain in a device backup). You can also delete individual or all history entries from within the App's history screen.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not enable Child-Directed Treatment in Google AdMob.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law or in the App's functionality, without prior notice. Changes take effect once posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised for significant changes.
